Here I go again, trying to lose the 20 pounds that I lost last year and re-gained. So bad for the heart; wish I could just keep it off.
I am starting again tomorrow. Tonight, I spend a couple hours preparing my food for tomorrow and half of the next day.
The weight today? 160# (I know….Yikers!). I am hoping to lose 4# by the end of the week.
I won’t re-post what my meals are, but if you click on the days, it will take you back to the original posts. Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4

I just started Ani’s Fat Blast for the first time today. It’s after 2 pm and I still haven’t had anything more than the Blueberry Blast for breakfast because I’ve been in my office reading all of your blog entries from the beginning. Maybe I’ll post some of my results along the way.

I’m glad you are enjoying reading my blog. You have to eat though. 🙂 The shakes and smoothies are excellent. I just had bok choy soup and the easy green salad today. Ani’s meals are now part of my regular eating routine. Let me know how you do with it.

Funny . . . I’ve been thinking about this also. I had the blueberry blast yesterday and the pineapple greens shake today. I’m not stocked up for the whole fat blast yet, but Ani’s recipes are so yummy!

It must be the time of year. I know for me, it’s because my clothes are not fitting.

Too funny! I just went shopping to start my Fat Blast again tomorrow! DH left yesterday for two months so what better time to start all over. Good luck to both of us!

It’s so much easier when we aren’t eating with someone. I have been contemplating Joe Cross’ Juicing, but have put that on hold for now. So hard to keep the weight off. Oh…maybe if I moved a bit. Go figure. Good luck, Ann.

This is inspiring. Thanks Ann and Jill. It sure is hard when you’re eating with the family and cooking for others. I’m currently juicing, eating wome sort of salad and one normal meal a day. But I think I’m going to do some of Annies recipes again. They seem to be fitting for the summer! Good luck to both of you…

Evi, I have been eating Ani’s recipes pretty regularly, but also have been eating “not clean.” Doing the program full-fledged is the only way to keep the sugar, caffeine and all the other stuff out of my diet.
